Penn Club Luncheon Honors Jon M. Huntsman, Sr.

In honor of Brother Huntsman’s legacy and what would have been his 81st birthday, over 20 Sigma Chi’s young and old, gathered on June 21st at the Penn Club to reminisce and remember our dear brother whose exemplary life gave immeasurable new luster to the White Cross.

In the words of current Undergraduate Consul, Aaron Kim, “The Huntsman Lunch was both a fantastic and inspiring experience. Seeing alumni who were in the chapter at the same time as Jon Huntsman and hearing the stories they had to tell was extremely inspiring. I was accompanied by Jackson Baker '20 (social chair), Trevor Lyons '20 (social chair, house manager), and Colin Christie '20 (Kustos). We all were very grateful for the opportunity to be able to attend this event. It was great to meet some Phi Phi alumni as well as Sigs from all over the country and hear their stories and experiences.

Our sincere thanks to Al Shoemaker ’60 for his generous sponsorship of this event and to Gerald Knorr ’82 for arranging the Penn Club as host.
